PAINTINGS!

I finished another painting! I started this one back in May... it took a bit.

It's incredibly difficult and demoralizing to watch my country destroy itself, bit by precious, irreplaceable bit. I'd say I did this painting to try and understand what is going on, but I’m not sure that's really possible. It makes no sense, at all. People in charge are simply murdering the future because they can, and it feels like all we can do it watch. They’re trying to entice you to join in, or at least cheer on their destruction. I wish you wouldn’t, for all our sakes.

I have 2 pieces in the annual "Everything but the Kitchen Sink" show at La Luz De Jesus in LA, CA. Check out the show card for more info. Show opens July 11, runs through August.

In July, I made available several designs on T-shirts through an online service called Threadless. I ordered a few to test the quality, and was extremely disappointed in the shirts I received. All 4 shirts I ordered had serious printing errors. The company offered to reprint them for me, and the results were somehow even worse. As a result, I removed the products from my site and theirs. I may try to make shirts again, if I can find a quality option. Those seem to be more rare by the day, in my experience.
